Fog lights
How can I have my fog lights come on with parking lights only? My switch only lets me turn them on when I turn my head lights on. They are factory.

There is a plastic rim around the switch on the inside of the casing. you have to remove the case and file/cut it down to be able to pull the switch out for fogs. you can do the same with auto-lamps, just make a notch in the ring. You can also splice the brown and white/black wires on the connector to allow you to have your fogs on with your brights. I did it tonight took about an hour took my time so i didnt break anything. search google for f150 fog light mod and you can get step by step instructions w/pics

Search for the thread on this site, there are pics and a good explaination of how to do the mod.
I did it, the cutting took me 15 minutes. I would recommend Gorilla Glueing the face back together once you cut the heat tabs. Good LUCK
