I know on my 99 ranger I could adjust the tension on the torsion bars. When I did I could make it ride higher and I installed 33" tires on it. I haven't looked on my f150 yet to see if I could adjust. Try installing new bushings on your sway bars or swing arms. I did on my Chrysler and made my ride a lot smoother. All you need is a bench vise and a socket to push the old one out and push a new one in.

No. If your at stock height that's the best ride you will get. If you crank them it becomes stiffer. There is no swaps you can make to make it ride smoother. Sorry.
