Default Fog Lights

My Fog lights on my 1998 Lariat 5.4 went out yesterday, I have all of the fuses in the cab, and under the hood. The bulbs are not blown, and neither are any of the fuses. When you pull the switch out for the fog light function the fog indicator light comes on but the fog lights do not. I also have checked the fog light relay it clicks when you pull the light switch into fog light mode, and have also checked the continuity on the relay and it was good, I am out of ides. I have checked if power was going to all fuses and relays with multimeter and they were getting power. The only thing not getting power is the wires that plug into the fog light bulb. Anyone who has had this problem please help!!

the only other thing I could think of is your brights are on, make sure the stick on the column is back in regular position. the brights trip the fog lights sounds stupid, but you never know?????

I went back at tested everything with a test light and I am not getting power to the wires that plug directly into the the bulb. None of the fuses or relays are bad according to the test light and multimeter. I thought bulbs might be blown but they are not, and the the switch is not in high beam mode. Anyone had this happen before?
