Here can I get 8000k color fog lights for 97 f150?

Ebay, Amazon, etc. I'd suggest not to put HIDs in though. HIDs in housings that use reflectors scatter the light, and results in poor lighting. Technically, since they are housings not meant for HIDs, it is illegal... Just a fair warning before you go doing it. I wasted my money on PnP HID kits, so I learned the hard way.

Any HID retailer. Idk why you'd want them. 8000k will suck, all blue, no output.

Exactly. If you were to go with HIDs, keep it in the 5000K-6000K range. Only usable light you can get.
