Default Fog Lights

Hey guys I was just wondering if there was a way to wire the fog lights so they are on by their selves or with the park lights

Yeah I know mine has them but I want them to be able to come on with the park lights instead of just the headlights

There is a headlight switch modification you can do to make them go with your parking lights, google it and something willl pop up, I did it many years ago on a 99 F150 i had, you are basically taking apart the switch and grinding down the are where the switch pops out in the parking light position.

You can splice 2 wires behind the switch where they always come on. But like mine I had to tear it apart and grind down part of it so I can pull it out for fogs anytime

You technically have to 'break' the switch to do it. But then you just grind the clear plastic 'ramp' piece straight across and you can pull out for fogs anytime. You have to splice a wire too, mine I already had the brown(fog light) wire spliced with the white/black stripe wire. I can't have only fogs on with those wires spliced but I can pull them out with only parking lights on

So I have to splice the wire or no? And how do you get the switch out
