Default fog lights

Does any know how to get fog lights on a 2001 F150 to work with out having headlights on.

There's an older thread on this (I believe on THIS forum) where someone modified the headlight switch assembly to do this.

or just splice the brown and yellow wires and the fogs will come on with the parking lights and stay on with highs as well

Someone needs to find a way to rewire the fogs to a toggle and give me a how to on it. I HATE the pull **** BS. lol

ok splice a wire from the brown wire on the back of the headlight switch, connect it to the toggle and run a wire from the battery to the toggle as well, and then ground the toggle. that should pretty much do it

What if they don't come on at all? Is there a fuse missing in the junction box or something? Seriously, I've never followed this up..frustrating..
