Default Flareside tail light

Hello, I have a 99 F150 single cab flareside. I am looking into going with aftermarket tail lights but I am having trouble. The tail lights that came with the truck have the reverse light in the center and has 3 bulbs but other f150s have the reverse on top and 2 bulbs. Does the difference mean something? I am looking into these tail lights

and they said it has 3 spots for bulbs but I only see 2. Has anyone used these or anything similar? I am not looking to spend over $75 and these are the cheapest I have found. Thanks.

97-00 is the center reverse light, 01-04H use the upper taillight. You can use the newer on the older truks. You just remove the running light only socket and either tape the plug or cover it and leave it there alone. This is a 98 with 01 taillights

I have the same tail lights. It has two holes in the red section of the housing, it's just taped over. Two bulbs, blinker and break/running, go in that area.
