makes perfect sense to me. The 04-08 section has many stickys for just that reason. Although it does take up allot of room on the first page.

I've tried to get some common concerns, problems and FAQs stickied... Even started a poll once to vote tbar stuff to the top...

Ended up in an argument as usual haha
