the shroud is there to tunnel the air and keep it more contained to just cooling solely the radiator and not blowing air around the whole engine bay. its not necessary i dont believe but it keeps your arms and hand safer from an otherwise exposed fan. to get it back in your gonna have to take the fan back off the water pump and put them back in together instead of one at a time. at least this is how it is on my 4.2L i did the same thing the first time

haha right, ill see if i can somehow get it in there but i would love an E-fan...too bad they cost like $400. next investment it tires and then maybe new gears, ive got 3.73s now but well see if it starts shifting weird and possibly a tranny cooler.

im supposed to be going to the salvage yard soon with my friend, maybe ill get lucky. although i do like my stock rims

i like those and the black ones biggun put on and i think im going with some 37" BFG A/ts or nitto terra grapplers, im leaning more twords the BFGs

 

the other thing with rims is i would want to get a steel rim not aluminum or chrome, id be afraid my exhaust would ruin them
