I'm confused. Why couldn't you just order the right calipers from Rock Auto like I did? The calipers come semi-loaded with the brackets and no pads. Then source your new rotors and pads locally.

A-1 CARDONE 18B4652S {#F75Z2B120AF, XL3Z2B120EA}

A-1 CARDONE 18B4653S {#F75Z2B121AF, XL3Z2B121EA}

( with 7700 lb GVW; with Metal Piston)

Wolvee..... did you return your old F150 calipers as a core?

We used to do that with Mustang calipers... the SVO's have a larger piston, so we'd buy SVO calipers and take back our old smaller piston'd calipers as a core.

Yes, in the same box I got them in and with the return shipping label they provided.

Doesn't matter what you return as a core. Just had to be a caliper for the same vehicle. or just a caliper close enough for the parts guy to not notice

Your going to have to link that for me I guess.

Both part numbers not found according to the website. Sometimes part numbers change 3rd party. Probably what happened here. That said, I should of found and old part number thru google but didn't. Strange, - you have the slip with the numbers! It should come up! Yea, strange.

Took me a bit to find them, I had to put in what vehicle I had and sift through to find the right ones.

Oh, and you missed one of the numbers in the part number lol. That could totally be why. It's SE5204AS, you missed the 5 👍

YOUR confused ?- no, that has been me lol. The calipers aren't confusing, the rotors were. Same exact dimensions and none had thickness. So it looked as though the rotors were the same until I went to Napa. At the Napa site, they have rotor width dimensions and weight. With those specs, the difference is obvious and cleared things up. That also made sense w/Ford spec. It's the ONLY site that provided that info so far. RA sure didn't. Neither did EBC or Brembo.

Yes I have those same two saved at RA. Well not exactly, - these here 4652 and 4653, -

http://www.rockauto.com/en/moreinfo....sn=628&jsn=628

They should be cheaper at Napa IF they don't have to order according to the site.

Since this thread is titled to attract folks interested in this modification and there isn't one yet, I'm attempting to post as much info about as I can. So I'm looking for specs and part numbers. Drillrig came through with very useful info, so did you providing your part numbers. I thank both of you, it helps! Yea, that guessing crap is for the birds. Hopefully that helps your confusion.

Right side caliper with bracket # SE203AS
Left side caliper with bracket # SE204AS

I ordered 7700 Calipers from Advance/Napa & Autozone before going to Rock auto. All of the Advance/Napa's & Autozone had Phenolic pistons EVEN THOUGH the description said they were for 7700's.

The time I wasted waiting for the local stores to overnight me wrong parts, my truck could have been on the road a whole week earlier. MAKE SURE the description says it has steel pistons. If it doesn't, (even though it says its made for 7700gvw) the remanufactured calipers will not have steel pistons.
