Default Extra fuse and relay boxes????

Can someone tell me what this box of relays are for and the smaller fuse box at top right of picture please. Also I have lost power to certain fuses in my in cab fuse box. How do I run this down? I need some advice please.

It's going to be a 97 or 98. I know one of the fuses is for audio.... I can't remember the rest.

Default 98

It's a 98 Ford F-150 XLT four by four off-road extended cab with the 6-cd changer so I guess that could be for audio

Here's the owners manual. Fuse boxes start on page 137. The index doesn't show up here.

One is for the KAM (Keep Alive Memory) for the PCM if I recall, one is definitely audio because my Expedition had it pop. Seems like the other was for towing package.... and of course, all of it got relocated in 99. I have a diagram somewhere, but it might be on my work computer. Not seeing it on this computer.

Here you go... I forgot... the audio fuse is for the Expedition ONLY. The F150 did not use that fuse.

Only the 97 F150 manual shows ONLY the little fusebox, the 98's manual does not.. The relay box for the factory installed trailer tow package is completely absent in the owner's manuals for both years.

I just answered this exact issue in a thread in the last week or so. I'll see if I can find that thread.

Here it is - https://www.f150forum.com/f12/mystery-relay-box-183380/ Follow link through to sister forum.
