Engine tune up?
You now have stalagmites/stalactites compromising your cooling system.
You didn't hurt it just rinsing it out.
Motorcraft has concentrated and pre-mix 50/50 to fill it back up with. I get the concentrated myselp along with a few gallons of distilled water. You don't have to use distilled water, - but if you plan on keeping it for awhile, -it's the best choice. You can just go with the 50/50 if you deep pockets.
Put it this way, have 319,000 on the truck and still using the factory original parts..Hoses,heater-core included. Changed/flushed every 3 years.

thanks for telling me and I didn't wash it out with a hose one of my friends did when the oil cap "flew off" as he said so I'm now finally going to clean the motor and parts when I do the tune up
