Hey guys, need a little advice...my son-in-law lives in Fairbanks, Alaska and used parts are few and far between. The 5.4 in his 2000 F150 4X4 is bad and he can't find a replacement locally. He has found a 5.0 out of a 98 Explorer and we're wondering if it will work in his truck??? All input appreciated! Thanks! Schack

 

There will be a whole lot to change out ie trans wiring harness etc etc try and look for a 4.6 if the 5.4 is unavailable
