You can tell now, that I really researched this swap out fairly deeply. I found articles from 07 on up on this swap. You were right about very little information on the cylinder head replacement. I finally found information in my Ford tech/service manual. I'm so glad I procured that copy. lol

Yes. The proverbial Compression Test. The procedure that I ask if the OP's perform before tuning an awful lot. Yes the BP cup of modern engines. lol
