i change spark,and wires ,my truck run like a horse, lot of stim on the exs.help please.

 

is it cold there it could just be humidity. is there any signs of antifreeze in the oil. the best way i found to che it is run the engine for a couple of minutes and loosen the oil plug just enough to get a little oil to come out. if it is milky that is not good at all. but does the steam ever go away when you drive it. mine steam for a little while until the engine has been ran for a little while
