well i bought my truck about a month ago it was running fine then it wasnt till the other day that after i started it up and it idled down it would jump around rpm's sounded like it would almost die then rpm's would go back to about 700 not sure what it could i was thinking ignition coils but not for sure, i might have the codes ran. does anybody have any other ideas

 

That sounds like it could be the IAC starting to stick.

 

might have to check into to that. im probably going to talk to a mechanic at ford i know about it
