Default Engine knock???

So I've been noticing now that it's cold out here in Wisconsin that when I park my truck for a decent length of time (usually overnight) that there's a "knocking" sound coming from what seems to be the bottom of my motor. Once it warms up it goes away, it's the 5.4 with 153000 miles. I'm hoping it's nothing major and any help would be greatly appreciated.

I got the same thing but am not worrying about it. Told myself I'm going to drive er till she blows. Or drive until Spring 2016, then sell it.

It was a real common problem. You can Google it if you'd like.

Otherwise you have a programmer right? Put it back to stock. Could be too much spark advance and you're getting some pinging. Or try higher octane.
