Default engine help

I just got back from vacation and picked up my truck from my grandparents house. It sat for a week so I had to charge the battery witch is typical for me. When I started it up I noticed some fresh oil on the motor and when I looked it appeared to be coming from the lower intake manifold on cylinder 2. I've always had oil on my valve cover due to a bad gasket but the oil I see now is new. Any ideas? I think intake gasket but don't want to trear into it before I have a little more input as it will not be easy
