A Blow off valve is kinda the same deal just on the Cold side (intake) of the turbo.
Mine will be a pre determined level, then open up to direct excess flow to the exhuast so I do not run too much PSI into the chambers.

Think of it this way. If I am running 4000rpm and my turbos are throwing out 20PSI of boost but I have my tune and gates set at 15psi, the waste gates open up and direct that exhaust gas directly to the exhaust system. [QUOTE="ibd2328;3816599"]I would like to see 15-18 psi at 2500 which shouldnt be an issue. Should be a beast down low. Top end will suffer from the charger, but it wont see over 5k too often.[/QU
What do you mean it won't see 5k often?

My tranny wont be set up that high unless in drag mode. Way too many hills here. I should be able to pull up a 10% grade fairly easy with that torque.
If I dragged it, I would hope for low 12's to high 11's. I have way to much money in this to blow it drag racinging at 28psi.

The 2 V's are simple. All you need to do is take a BFH to the firewall
A 3V would be a challenge, personally, I'd need allot of help with that one.. Programming, electrical, dash components. - Everything has to work correctly, so, quite a challenge lol.
I'd need to cheat a little, - with a drivable doner to have what I'd need to make work.
