Its no secret that bulletproofing is quite pricey but I saved thousands in labor by doing it myself I think with all the parts I have 1800 in the parts list...roughly. A shop around here quoted me 4500 and that was labor with only studs, HG's, and an oil cooler. I have replaced almost everything that can go wrong. It really isn't terrible either..do I want to do it again?

Save yourself some dough and have the pride of accomplishing it all on your own. Nothing better man.

So my diesel people, the 7.3 was a disappointment. It was an absolute dog and couldn't keep up on traffic.
Also seemed to have a glow plug issue? Have to wait almost ten seconds for the light to come off in 90 degree weather (cranked for about 3 seconds too)
I know they aren't hp monsters but it really seemed down on power especially for having only 48,000 miles.
It's was a ext cab short bed with 3:73s and 4r100.
Thoughts?

We its funny how when a build goes through little changes or big when a great deal is found I'm going to put the navi 5.4 dohc in place of the sohc now my question is I can get a 99 or 00 with everything I can attach to it for $400 warranty to run .so there's a used Kenne bell for a blackwood on eBay for any guys looking for boost or pics of kit is it discontinued from Kenne bell I'm ready to swap then put the original 5.4 up I love my truck chrome bumpers and mirrors on black truck with factory buckets and console but the body colored trucks are nice to any suggestions for reading more info on the mod motors such as the 289/302 rebuild book by Tom Monroe

Could have a boost leak? Or a line of money other issues. And i know some yes had major glow plug issues. One buddy had to keep his plugged in 100% of the time. Wether it was 0 or 100 degrees outside.
