Edit: deleting cats also?
I'll leave the CAI question to the boosted guys, but I believe it would be beneficial to air density as long as its truly drawing cool air. As far as the exhaust, you'd better run LT's with the charger. Thats alot of air moving. What you listed sounds good to me. You deleting o2's? Get emissions tested?
Intake.
Not a waste on any 2 valve. - As long as you improve both ends, ~ Intake AND Exhaust.
Personal pref on headers for some, - but OBX are all Flash IMO. If that's what you like, get the MOST beneficial OBX'S for engine flow AND MAKE ABSOLUTELY SURE you size the collectors +system accordingly.
Personally, I'd run the Longer Pacesetter headers or Kooks (Modified/cut/turned) with 350 hp plus.
The 3" Single in/Single out Borla XR series is PERFECT!

Imo 200$ is not worth a cai. Got my lightning airbox for 35$ i figure 5hp gain max with cai. Id rather spend that 200$ on further tuning so the truck will run better and surely they can pickup mote power in the tune.

New transmission is in. Im very impressed with it so far. In very light throttle it shifts like butter. In average driving it shifts a little quicker and firmer than stock. Haven't gone wot yet but i expect it to chirp tires shifting into 2nd. I need to break it in and use up my old gas in the tank
