I have been driving this truck since it had 19,000 miles on it in December 1999. It now has 307,344 miles and going pretty strong except for some electrical issues. It started when the cruise control system went down back in 2008. It had over 200,000 miles on it at that time and I decided I wouldn’t have it repaired. Then in about 2012 the radio went down. I tried replacing it with another one that was confirmed to be in working order but that didn’t do the trick. Of course the fuse was checked out and found to be good. Again, I decided not to pursue further. Meanwhile the odometer flashes on and off, sometimes stays off for a few days or more. The final straw; the air conditioner switch and fan motor went down yesterday, April 2019. I drove to town, turned the engine off, cranked it up again and the ac system worked fine. Also worth mentioning, the blinkers will sometimes not flash on and off as usual. Any thoughts?
