Update. So the GEM circuit board sat in rice for like 36 hours or more and cleaned all the pins on the fuse box and back side of box with alcohol lightly and still no luck. Popped everything in turn key and the lights on the dash come on but no sound anywhere. No fuel pump no starter no nothing. The gauges swept when I initially turned the key which is unusual and the door and dome lights cut off while the key was turned forward on probably the 10th try. But the battery drained not long after so probably because of that.

Did you see any water intrusion evidence at the GEM connector, on the floor or anywhere under the dash. If it's fresh you may have noticed something, if you thought to look for all that. Other than that, could be a bad cell in the battery.

Yeah I'll probably get that tested and just replace all the fuses anyways. I'm not really sure what else it could be other than that.

For the fuses and in case you don't know, you can test in place, without removing. There are two openings on top of them where you can check w/test light or audible. I guess not everyone knows that.

I tested all the ones my tester would reach but I didn't think about doing it before putting the plastic dash pieces back in place...also found a gps tracker of some sort guess the last guy that owned it worried about it getting stolen.

Not good, unless it has been wet. But even wet, you can dry them out and they'll work again. Some just replace them, it's not cheap. Some do fry, but they can take hit and keep working as said. Just going out, that's not common. Freaking out is.
