Default Electrical Issue

Ok guys, I need some assistance. 98 F-150 XLT with the 4.6L V8 and I have an electrical issue. At first the issue was just with the passenger side window not rolling down. Now, the windshield washer pump won't work along with the wipers, interior lights, and driver's side window...

I checked all the fuses and everything seems ok there. I thought it might be the GEM module. I pulled the fuse for the module and when I plugged it back in the interior lights came for a brief moment. I heard a click and the lights went back out. I changed fuses thinking that maybe it was just a bad fuse and I got the same results. I even went as far as taking the negative battery cable off. When I put it back on the battery, I got the same thing. The engine courtesy light came on and then went back off.

So, here's the $64 question. Am I looking at a bad GEM module?

Any and all help is greatly appreciated. I'm working on this truck for my 15 yr old son.

Thanks in advance,

Ray

I'm guessing it's possible.
Here's a couple starting points for you.....

Everything you are describing is GEM related, so that would certainly be my starting point. Any windshield leaks around the left side of the dash? Make sure if you have to get one, and if you go used, get the CORRECT number. That is a necessity, or you will surely have a problem.
