is there anyway to delete the egr system and not have any probs

I've wondered that too, we did on our 6.0 Powerstroke but that's a much different setup.

Ive seen a block off plate and im assuming that you remove the part that looks like a bell that has the metal line going to the manifold. So assuming you take that off and put the block off plate then weld up your manifold. As far as the vaccum lines im not sure. This egr system is completely different from my 6.0. Maybe someone knows what you do with the lines and can help because id like to delete mine as well. But have been told that these egr systems dont give you that many probs

If it doesn't cause any major computer issues that can't be tuned away it should help it. It shouldn't cause any problems but computer problems

Eliminating the EGR will cause more fuel consumption. An alternative would be a tune to reduce the use of EGR.
