Has nothing to do with having the windows up all the time. Its caused by actually closing the windows. When the windows reach the top of the seal they can no longer move, it causes the door to flex. The corner just happens to be weakest point on the RC/SCAB. Supercrews dont have the issue as the doors are different.

Right, all you have to do is watch it. You can see the door flex.
