I got my stripe off wheel that i used to take my molding off my tahoe at oriely auto parts for like $35. Worked great just keep your drill on the lowest setting or you can take some paint off accidentally.
Good Luck!

best way i found is to use some WD40 i just took some letters off of my truck and it they left alot of resedue and its gone now but make sure to wash it off after of it's just going to attract the dust and dirt

Beware....
I have a 2003 supercrew and I recently removed mine. I was taking them off with no problem and then I got to the last one. I removed it, and there wasn't any clear coat underneath it.

I bought the truck used and I guess that door had been repainted. They put the side molding on and then painted it, leaving the door underneath the molding with out any clear coat.

$150 dollars later at the local paint and body fixed it, but be ready for the unexpected.

and sometimes they put the molding back on before the paint is dry so i peels the paint off with the tape
