I would say yes. The easiest way to find out is go to the dealer and have them check your vin. A key fob from them is only like $60. Which I think is good for a new updated one, and they program it for free.

There is a good chance that even if your VIN number does not indicate you have it that you still may. I was told by 2 dealerships that my truch was not equiped but I knew it was, so I found a test online..
For me, all I needed to do was while the doors are shut, turn the key from the off position to the furthest forward position before the truck tries to start... If you do this either 5 or 8 times in 10 seconds, your locks will lock & unlock.
If they do then you have keyless entry, that is also how you program the fob... you can get them online for $30.00

The original poster had me wondering if I, too, had keyless entry.

I called the local dealer and they told me that VIN check wouldn't tell them anything. They would have to connect their scanner in order to test and see.

I have an XLT with power windows and door locks. There's also an intermittent flashing "Theft" lamp on the dash. I've no idea of how to arm or disarm the system, so I'm thinking that maybe I have keyless entry.

Anyone have a surefire, *free* way to determine if one has remote entry?

Here you go...

1. Make sure that the anti-theft system is not armed or triggered.

2. Turn the ignition switch from OFF to RUN five times within ten seconds, ending in RUN. If the RAP module has successfully entered program mode, it will lock and then unlock all doors.

3. Press any button on a keyless entry remote transmitter, and the doors will lock and then unlock to confirm that each keyless entry remote transmitter has been programmed.

4. If the door locks do not respond for any keyless entry remote transmitter, wait several seconds and press the button again. If the door locks still fail to respond, refer to Diagnosis and Testing in this section.

5. Turn the ignition switch to the OFF position, or wait up to five minutes after step 2, to exit program mode. If a keyless entry remote transmitter has been programmed (or reprogrammed), the RAP module will lock and unlock all doors one last time to confirm.

I bought 2 of those 30 dollar jobs of the internet from two well respected sites. Let's say this time the dealer was the better choice.

The owner's manual details the procedure on page 90ish. Who'd have thought to check there first

The only thing I have to add is that it requires 8 attempts within 10 seconds from position 3 to 4 (run).

After I checked, my doors locked and unlocked as they should. It's always nice to find Easter Eggs,

Looks like I'll be spending $30 for a fob.
