Default differences between f150 and expedition

So I've been wanting to get a 4x4 f150 97-03 and was looking around today and saw a 97 expedition I liked so I was wondering what are the differences between the 2 is it just ones got a cab and box and the other has a suv body or is there allot more different between them

Expeditions have coils on the back instead of leafs and they ride better.

You can still crank the tbars and you might be able to get a spacer for the back but idk. Expys look sweet when they're lifted.
