i have a 2004 ford f150 and i am looking for a repair manuel for it and i found a repair manuel for a heritage f150 is this the same truck will this work for me

 

If your truck looks like a 2003 it will work, but if it's the NBS 2004 it will not.

 

ok dumb question how do i know what do i look for and what is nsb

 

NBS = New body style.

A 2004 heritage looks like the 97-03's.

 

ok i dont think it will work then my truck i believe is the new style it does not say heritage anywhere on the truck. I know my grill is connected to the hood. what would people recomend then for repair manuals. I bought the hanes one and chilton but someone said those are not any good.

 

Yeah, if your grille is part of the hood, then you are correct. It is not a Heritage truck.

 

bummer i found a dealer repair manual on ebay for 50 bucks but it is for a heritage truck

 

I found one on eBay with a torn cover for $16.00. It is a factory workshop manual and would be a steal for that price even if the cover is ripped. It is not a Heritage. Standard 2004 F150 NSB.
