They came with a wiring harness. You plug your original plug into the harness, and it splits to go to the two lights.
I got 'em on Ebay. http://www.ebay.com/itm/97-98-99-00-01-02-03-F150-PROJECTOR-HEADLIGHTS-HEAD-BLK-/360629191334?pt=Motors_Car_Truck_Parts_Accessories&hash=item53f72cc2a6&vxp=mtr.

1. Brightness will not be at max for a few seconds due to warm up
2. Constant flashing will murder the ballasts and bulbs, so try to avoid that if you can.
Just want to give you a heads up before you go doing that.

But, if I'm not mistaken, for these Depo lights the low beam bulb is a dual filament 9007 thus there is essentially 4 high beam lights: the 2 projectors are highs; and the 2 reflector housing bulbs are lows & highs
So iff the projectors were HID...The reflector housing (9007 halogen bulb) would switch from low to high as the high beam (HID projector) was warming up.
If thats how it works, these babies would shine!
