if they are not creased you may be able to just pull off the fender and push outward on the dent this may not get it completely out but it is worth a try because it usually works when i do it

Go to harbor freight, get the suction cup thingamabobs for about $8 for the two sizes they have. They can help to mostly pull dents out on on the flatter body panels of the truck.

Check this site: doording.com They have a forum where they discuss paintless dent repair. It'll surprise you what all can be done.

I have a Pops A Dent tool that uses melted wax to hold individual pulling rods to body and then uses a **** to tighten and pull up the dent. Works super and ebay has them for under 20 bucks usually. Simonize was the company who made them. Not a bad investment. I used it once to pull a whole side of a pickup bed out, that had been damaged by a vandal. It took all but one small crease out, but otherwise, it looks almost as good as new. Just a thought for you.

Here is a link for $10.97.

Well I took the wheel well liner out thinking I could hit the dent with a rubber mallet but some black box thing is there so that didn't work at all haha but hell I guess I know how to remove and put wheel well liners back in haha not like it's that hard

You can heat the area with a heat gun (not enough to melt paint) then hit it with canned air (those keyboard cleaning cans) spray it upside down and it sprays ice... sometimes this will pop the dent when the metal expands and then contracts quickly
