Default Dent in My Bed Need Help!

Hey guys i have a basket ball size dent near the top right of my passenger tire on the fender/bed i guess you would say, i tried the plunger method and it will pop the big part of the dent out but once the plunger looses suction the dent pops back in. Granted its not a pretty and smooth dent it has a couple of areas that are going to be hard to get out any ideas?

What I would do is take the suction cup and pull the dent out... while pulling on the dent with the suction cup.. take a body hammer with tape on the head of the hammer(so it wont scratch the paint) and gently hammer around the dent where the metal starts to bend in. Just go around it a few times and let some pressure off with the suction cup.. it will take time and patience but it will come out and shouldn't look too bad as long as you go easy on it.

There's a paintless dent repair forum that might be helpful.
