I have a 2003 F-150 , both data & cigar outlets quit working . I checked the fuse with a ice pick type tester it tested good I changed it any no luck. Took the ash tray out so I check the connectors both are plugged in .What do I do next? Thanks

 

did you take out the fuse and look at it?

 

Yes , I even replaced and tested the fuse I replaced

 

hmmm i have the same problem but havent looked into yet, might do that today

 

Check the ground wire on the back of the data plug , mine fell off and kept both of the units from working

 

mine doesnt work either, where are the fuses located?

 

Drivers side aganist the firewall

 

is that under the hood?

 

One of the guys I work with offshore , suggested to ohm it from the fuse to the data plug. To make sure theirs not a break in the wire
