Cylinder compression

What should be each cylinders compression iv done each one on my 4.6 v8 and only got 90 to 100 psi is that right?

Do a compression check on each cylinder dry and then wet. Report back with your reaults

90-100 is low. 120-160 is normal. Was that on all 8?

If so, could be a bad tester.
