Default crew cab flareside?...

Curiosity has been killing me lately but here it goes, does anybody have a pic or at least a good photoshop of a 97-03 crew cab flareside? .......is it even possible to make it a flareside?.... Ive seen a past gen and the following gen with this but not the 97-03 gen. The pics are not mine, just ones i found on the net.

Nobody will probably have one since the Supercrew is a 5.5 bed and the stepside is a 6.5 so you'd have to stretch the chassis.
