Default Is this covered by recall?

So i filled up my truck yesterday. $80. Then went through a carwash. i felt a thud like the car wash arms hit the truck. then when im pulling out of the car wash i smell gas so i stop the truck... Look what happened.

Theres a big hole in the tank too now and it wasnt on the rusted part it was on the clean part.... So i wanna know about this strap recall and if its too late to get it done.

Replace it with Plastic Tank. Fuel blended with Alcohol (Ethanol) are Electrically Conductive and therefore more Corrosive..

It should be covered, I had my 98 done about a year ago. Have them check the recall on the cruise ctrl. Hope this helps.

It is totally covered, in fact there are multiple recalls with fuel related issues.
