Default Cold start issue

We are having unusually cold weather in my area this winter. My 97 F150 5.4 has developed a cold start problem. I only notice this when the temp drops below around 20 degrees. When I start the engine I don't get the normal rev up then idle. The engine starts but idles very low for a few seconds. Then it picks up and all is well. Anything over 20 degrees or so and it acts normal. Any thoughts? I don't have any fault codes.

It probably isn't a very big deal. I don't know a lot about this type of stuff but i'd definetely say check your antifreeze. Make sure it's not just water haha
