Default coil spacers

i have a 2002 2wd scab, and i also have a pair of lift spacers from my 95 dakota (aftermarket dodge coils were same size as my f150's) my question is how would i go about installing them on my ford if i can cuz I've never lifted a ford.
i figured the lift will be less since my ford is heavier and didnt have heavy duty coils like my dodge did.

specs of spacers:
- carbon steel
- 3.97in. inner diameter
- 1.5in. tall

If the spacers are 1.5" tall. You will gain 1.5" in height. You can't compress coil spacers. So that's how much higher your truck will sit. As for installing them, it's pretty straight forward. Here is a youtube video for a gen up, but same basic concept. Just kinda go for it. Take pictures of how things came apart if you are worried about things going back together correctly.

alright, cool, i heard that coil spacers usually lift twice as high as the spacer size though? what ever the case, ill give it a try as long as it doesn't take me over that 2in. mark

You are correct. They roughly give you twice as much lift as their physical size. That being said, they will be way too big for the ford.

Yeah taking a 1/2" off would put you level, and still be just barely within what would be reasonably healthy for the front end
