So when I'm cruising down the road at like 40-45 MPH, and get on the gas like half throttle, my truck makes a clunking sound then gets up and goes. Does anybody know what this is or have the same sound? Should I be worried? It doesn't do it when I accelerate slowly though and usually only does it around that speed

Yeah check ur rear drive shaft it's prolly a u joint as he stated ^^ are ur bolts could be comeing loose Wehrmacht I bout my truck I drove it home and it done that looked under it and all 4 bolts was about to fall out. It caused some vibration too
