I'm trying to find some clearance lights for my truck. Maybe about 5 of them. I was thinking ones, kind of like this: here.

But I was also thinking about maybe the normal bolt style kind. Drill a hole, stick it in and tighten the nut onto the shaft and there ya go. I was gonna be putting 3 of them into the grill, like the raptor, and maybe a couple on the fenders, by the f150 badge for turn signal indicators. Anybody got any opinions of something better?

 

Let's see some pics of this oversized truck! Must have put some bucks into it to need clearance lights.

 

No I don't have a big truck. The amber lights in the middle of the grill on the Raptors looks good and I want that for my truck. Jackass.

 

Easy turbo. Sorry, 'clearance lights' says big truck in my mind. People modify their trucks all different ways so you never know what is done.

The bolt style is what many have done, in the front. By the badge makes it sound like youre wanting to drill into the fender? I'd advise against that. Opening holes for rust.

 

Smart thinking with the fender, I didn't think about rust from the drilling. Thanks for the input.
