As just curios if putting a chip in my truck with 162,000 mi would help or hurt my engine. 03fx4 5.4

 

1. Chips do nothing, you want a programmer. A programmer used properly with good tunes can't hurt.
2. Mileage doesn't affect the PCM tuning, but you will want to ensure everything is in proper mechanical condition.
