For some reason I only picture you liking LT headers, no cats, no muffler... But anyway I had the 40 delta, it was a huge waste of money. Was too quiet and didn't have the time I was looking for. But each to his own.

Straight pipes sound horrible. They sound great in videos, but my exhaust was messed up so I cut my flowmaster 40 off,I came out of a mud hole and it was crossed over the drive shaft lol. But my flowmaster 40 without any pipe after the exit was louder than the straight pipe and sounded 100x better.

Right, they sound horrible. A garbage truck sounds better. It also screws up the low end, - The engine and factory tune will most definitely not jive. But hey, some like that hacked sound and who cares about performance...as long as it's loud right lol.

Besides, you don't strait pipe the muffler on these trucks, you straight pipe cat #2 and run a GOOD muffler. Borla, Magnaflow, Bassani, Corsa...That way you get sound and performance.

Not trying to undermine you but I can give you full names if you like. Just saying I've had people say my truck sounds really good

There isn't undermining facts. I guess you have to experience good sound and performance to know what I mean. They work together. Most everybody goes thru that, - I just want it loud stage. It is what it is IMO....no offense.

A garbage truck sounds better? Lol I'm dying. Yes I know I do not have the best set up, yes I know I loose low end, hell probably even a couple miles to the gallon too. My dream set up would be LT headers true dualed with a high flow cat on each side into and x pipe with flow master supers 10's or borla mufflers all stainless 2.5" piping. But hey I guess I'll stick to being the neighborhood garbage truck.

None taken, I've had straight pipe, flow master 40s, Maggie 11's , and 18 inch glasspacks and I like the sound of the glasspacks the best, they arnt loud by any means either

I took off the old glass pack that came with my truck and went straight pipe. Has a nice deep sound. If I delete the cats, it will sound annoying like any truck on the highway. Once I get $240 I'm gonna add a dual exhaust and I know for a fact it will sound beast!
