You should tell the type of vehicle and the history. All you've shown is the heading on your Snap-On tool. 2001 5.4.
Here's an old thread on the same topic. Since both banks are showing rich, like yours, the focus was on the fuel system. But there are other possibilities.
The last two codes are for the fuel system control sensors. Focus on the last two codes first. If you have freeze frame check it to see when the codes set. Cold engine codes can be different than hot engine codes.
