Default check engine light at 200,000 miles

Hi, I'm new at this and was just wondering if Ford has factory settings to have the check engine light come on after the truck has reached 200,000 miles. I have been experiencing some vibration when I apply the brakes and it does seem to have some vibration when I accelerate at speeds higher that 50 mph. Could this be a driveline issue?

Any information or feedback on this might help.

it may just need to be re-alined. i would look into that first if you just got the truck.

Check your rotors too... And no your CEL doesnt come on after 200,000 UNLESS its actually throwing a code to make it come on..

Could be a misfire, my work vehicle that is a ford does the same thing. has a cyl 8 misfire that only occurs on the highway above 55.
