I wouldn't say headers and remote start are cheap or "easy". Lol.

Headers were very easy they just bolt up to stock pipes and the remote start took about 4 hours start to finish for me so all around less then a day for both mods!

I've never heard of headers going on these trucks to be an easy task. If they were for you then that's awesome!

Well I just did head gaskets about 2 thousand miles ago so the new bolts Wernt rusted or anything yet

Still didn't take long to get them off the first time! It's a 4.2l not really a chore

I agree with that! My headers didn't take me long at al, so it was actually fun installing them.

At the time I'm not to sure. I did a lot of mods at the same time. It helped with throttle response a bit but it definitely made it a lot louder. Before I supercharged it I was getting like 15 mpg.
