Default Changing Brake Pads. Help...

My brakes have started to squeel so im going to need to change my pads very soon... Can someone tell me if our caliper pistons are screw in or push in pistons? My 04 Mustang's are screw in and I dont have the tool needed if thats the case...

I believe they are just push in, I use a large "C" clamp and away they go. I am familiar with the screw in type but not on my 2002.

Definitely push in. I usually use a large set of channel locks and put the old brake pad over the piston to protect it from the channel locks.
