centerbore and offset same for 4x4 and 4x2?

centerbore and offset same for 4x4 and 4x2?
I have the cheap stamped steel wheels on my 98 F150 4x4. I want to upgrade to some factory aluminums. Are the hub bores the same size as 4x2? how about offset? Tires are stock size, 255/70-16
