My center console is ripping and I'd like to refinish it... any suggestions? I'm thinking that I can get some leather and dye it to the right color but don't know where to start. If anyone can offer some suggestions would really appreciate it.

 

You can buy a leather cover for the lid from the seat shop. That matches your seat color.
