Default Revving at an idle

1997, f150 4x4 5.4v8. 240,000 miles. The truck is revving at an idle after I let off the gas. Its showing a p1132 & p1152 codes. I replaced both up stream o2 sensors. And the problem did not go away. For some reason the fuel pump relay went bad and I replaced that. I replaced the fuel pump and the fuel filter. I replace the PCV valve and the IAC. I reset the computer and drove it to reset it. Now the new codes I am showing are the p1132 and the p1152 again. She is still revving and I'm not sure what's going on. I really appreciate some advice if anybody has any ideas

I think those codes "lack of O2 sensor" may indicate a blown HEGO fuse. I think it's under the hood for these.

Does your A/C work? If I remember correctly, the A/C clutch uses the same fuse.
